Q: I enrolled in a course but can’t access it. What should I do?
A: Try refreshing your browser and clearing your cache. If the issue continues, log a ticket via the Support Portal.
Q: The course content won’t load properly.
A: Ensure your browser is up to date. Try a different browser if needed. If the problem persists, please log a support ticket.
Q: I forgot my login password. How do I reset it?
A: Click on “Forgot Password” on the login screen. If you still have trouble, contact us directly.
Q: Can I access courses from my mobile phone or tablet?
A: Yes, the platform is mobile-friendly. Use a stable internet connection for best performance.
Q: How do I update my email address or name on the platform?
A: Go to your profile > click “Edit” > make the necessary changes > save.
Troubleshooting Access & Usage Issues
1. Login Issues
Problem: Can’t log in / receiving “invalid credentials”
Steps to Resolve:
Double-check your email and password.
Use the “Forgot Password” link to reset your login.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Try accessing the site in a different browser (Chrome is recommended).
2. Course Not Showing After Enrolment
Problem: Enrolled in a course but it doesn’t appear in “My Courses”
Steps to Resolve:
Log out and log back in.
Check if the enrolment process was completed.
Visit the course page directly from the course catalog.
If the issue persists, log a support ticket.
3. Course Content Not Loading
Problem: Videos, documents, or quizzes are not displaying properly
Steps to Resolve:
Make sure your internet connection is stable.
Refresh the page or try another browser.
Disable browser extensions that may block content (e.g. ad blockers).
Check if the content is blocked by a firewall or VPN.
4. Page Won’t Load or Site Is Down
Problem: Blank screen, error messages like 404/403, or full site won’t load
Steps to Resolve:
Try again after a few minutes (may be temporary).
Clear cache and cookies.
Test on another device or browser.
Confirm there are no firewall or corporate network restrictions.
5. Stuck in a Course or Page Loop
Problem: After clicking “Next” or “Complete,” the page reloads but doesn’t move forward
Steps to Resolve:
Check if you missed any required task (e.g. marking a lesson as complete).
Reload the page and try again.
Log out and back in before retrying.
6. Emails Not Received (Welcome Email, Password Reset, etc.)
Problem: Not receiving platform emails
Steps to Resolve:
Check your spam or junk folder.
